A very successful first season for PaddlePower, with members reaching 25 in number. 8 were successful in completing their PaddlePower Passport with all others making great progress. Two older members made progress towards PaddlePower Discover through personal development, practice and team spirit, acting as assistants with the Passport groups.

The Thursday PaddlePower sessions also provided an excuse for parents and older friends to sneak some tuition with several receiving their 1 and 2 star certificate.

Well done to all and thank you for remaining enthusiastic throughout the year and for putting up with the silly warm-ups.

Thank you Dave for a fantastic start to Jade's canoeing, it has been the best thing for her self esteem and she loves it. You have all been so patient and supportive, we can't wait to get going again next season!
