New Coached paddling session at NWSC - Nottingham

From Monday 12th October and every Monday thereafter until December I will be running a coached beginners to white water/ intermediate paddlers session on the easier sections of the NWSC slalom course from 18.00 to 20.00. Cost is £16 per 4 sessions which must be paid in advance, cheques made payable to Nottinghamshire County Council. Paddlers wishing to participate must be at a good BCU 2 star standard. Basic boats and equipment may be available for those without their own kit but let me know beforehand if you need any kit.

This is a Nottinghamshire County Council development initiative to enhance the number and expertise of paddlers using the course. Paddlers may join the group until they are capeable of paddling independantly on the course i.e. to BCU 3 star standard.

The sessions will run until the Christmas/ New Year break 2009 when a review of participation will be made. If numbers are sufficient this will become a permanent coached session throughout the year.

If you require any further information please contact me at the address below.
